At Skaga Hotel in lovely Hirtshals, you are greeted by a nice and relaxed atmosphere and an ambition to pamper our guests. This holds true both for guests staying the night with us as well as restaurant guests and those attending our events or attend a meeting or conference at our hotel.

The hotel is placed close to the harbour between the town of Hirtshals and the beautiful nature around the town. From our hotel, you can easily find tranquility and peaceful moments by the sea or between the trees in the moor nearby, or you can take a stroll through the charming town of Hirtshals.

If you prefer relaxing at the hotel, we have a pool in warm rooms making you feel like you’ve taken a trip to the warm resorts much longer south.

At Montra Skaga Hotel, you can hold your event, as we can be the host of everything from a birthday party or a wedding celebration to a meeting or conference for your business. All events at our hotel can be combined with a stay in one of our rooms, so you can make sure no one has to worry about getting home after a long day or long night. Are you coming with the Color Line, Smyrill Line or Fjord Line ferries from Norway or Iceland, our hotel is a great choice to make a stop close to the dock and maybe catch a night’s sleep before taking the trip further south.

Skaga Hotel is definitely worth a visit if you’re looking for a cheap stay in North Jutland and Vendsyssel. Our hotel in Hirtshals is also for the dog people, as dogs are allowed in the rooms for a fee of DKK 150 pr. room pr. night. Just notify us in advance of your stay.
