Meeting rooms: 13 in various sizes, all optimally soundproofed.
Capacity: 4 – 300 people
AV equipment: Video projectors and screens, modern sound systems with amplifier and speakers, 59” flat-screen TV, Charging points for mobile devices and laptops, whiteboard, laser pointer, and a meeting kit.
We also provide a lectern with light and microphone, as well as a podium with adjustable height – all included at no extra cost.
Optional extras: Video mixer and professional sound and lighting packages.
We are also happy to assist with name tags for participants.

Electric car charging with E.ON
As our guest, you can easily charge your electric car while attending a conference, dining, or staying overnight at one of our hotels. All Montra Hotels are equipped with E.ON charging stations, which are available for use with direct payment to E.ON.
We believe in a greener future – and we’re delighted to support the growing number of guests who choose electric vehicles. Please note, however, that charging spaces cannot be reserved in advance.
