AV equipment: Ceiling-mounted projectors, modern sound systems, free Wi-Fi, wired broadband connection, IT equipment, motorized screens, whiteboards, flip charts, extra-wide tables, and ergonomic 12-hour chairs designed for all-day comfort.
We also offer lecterns with light and microphone as well as adjustable podiums at no extra cost.
Optional extras: Video mixer and professional sound and lighting packages.
We’re also happy to assist with name badges for all participants.

Electric car charging with E.ON
As our guest, you can easily charge your electric car while attending a conference, dining, or staying overnight at one of our hotels. All Montra Hotels are equipped with E.ON charging stations, which are available for use with direct payment to E.ON.
We believe in a greener future – and we’re delighted to support the growing number of guests who choose electric vehicles. Please note, however, that charging spaces cannot be reserved in advance.
